1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Voltazip ("Voltazip", "we", "us", "our", or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, access, or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voltazip is an EV charging station discovery and information platform designed to help users find charging stations across India. We may aggregate and display information from multiple sources, including third-party service providers, charging operators, public sources, user submissions, and our own verification processes. Voltazip is primarily an informational platform and does not own, operate, manage, control, or guarantee the availability or performance of charging stations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually according to the billing period shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — when the current plan period ends, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless a new plan is purchased. Plan payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Voltazip does not store your card, bank, or UPI details on our servers. All payment details are handled directly by Razorpay.

6. Fair Use Policy

All plans are subject to fair use limits, including usage limits for searches, saved stations, vehicles, navigations, and trips, as displayed in the app at the time of purchase. For free plans, usage limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. For paid (Pro or Fleet) plans, usage limits refresh every 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal.

We may monitor usage to protect the security, reliability, and fair availability of the Service. We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or investigate accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns, attempt to bypass usage limits, use automated methods, create multiple accounts to obtain additional limits, or show signs of credential sharing or misuse.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

We may implement device limits, verification requirements, or other security measures from time to time to prevent credential sharing, unauthorized access, or misuse. Where such measures are in place, they will be described in the app. We may temporarily restrict, log out, or suspend accounts where activity reasonably indicates credential sharing, unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.

8. Data Accuracy & EV Information Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that any information displayed in Voltazip is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Charging station availability, operational status, connector availability, compatibility, pricing, opening hours, access restrictions, amenities, and other details may change without notice.

Voltazip does not guarantee that a charging station will be available, operational, compatible with your vehicle, accessible to you, capable of charging your vehicle, or priced as displayed. You are responsible for independently verifying relevant information before travelling to or using a charging station. Do not rely solely on Voltazip for decisions that may result in vehicle immobilization, safety risks, financial loss, or other significant consequences.

9. Third-Party Services & Charging Operators

Voltazip may display information, links, content, or services relating to third-party charging operators, networks, map providers, payment providers, and other service providers. These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, prices, privacy policies, technical requirements, and service conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Voltazip does not own, operate, control, endorse, or guarantee third-party charging stations or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. Voltazip is not responsible for third-party services, charging sessions, transactions, failures, pricing, content, availability, or actions.

12. Intellectual Property

The Voltazip name, logo, branding, software, design, text, graphics, databases, original content, and other intellectual property associated with the App are owned by or licensed to Voltazip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, scrape, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.

13. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any feature, content, plan, or part of Voltazip at any time, with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available access to the App.

We may perform maintenance, security updates, technical changes, or other actions that temporarily affect availability. We are not responsible for losses arising from temporary unavailability, interruptions, delays, errors, or changes to the Service, subject to applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Voltazip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App or its information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltazip and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including losses relating to:

15. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voltazip and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, your unlawful conduct, or your submission of content that violates the rights of another person.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Voltazip, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

17. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Voltazip, with or without notice where permitted by applicable law, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, misused the Service, created security risks, or used the App in an unlawful manner.

You may stop using Voltazip at any time. You can delete your account from within the app (Menu → Delete Account). Account deletion enters a 90-day recovery window during which you can cancel the deletion by signing in again. After 90 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or record-retention obligations that may require certain information to be retained. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected].

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes through the App, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Voltazip after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Voltazip.

20. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms presented to you, constitute the agreement between you and Voltazip regarding your use of the App.
